The Milwaukee, Racine & Troy, Model Railroader’s staff layout, celebrates its 45th anniversary in 2020. To commemorate this milestone, MR has partnered with Accurail to produce this HO scale 50-foot welded-side single-door boxcar available exclusively from the Kalmbach Hobby Store.
The injection-molded plastic kit, made in the U.S.A., features a one-piece body with a separate, factory-applied brakewheel; a one-piece underbody with a separate air reservoir, brake cylinder, and control valve; screw-mounted roller-bearing trucks with plastic wheelsets; body-mounted Accumate couplers with screw-mounted draft-gear box covers; and a steel weight.
The kit is available in one road number.
