Terms and Conditions : Henning's Trains

Credit Cards: We accept MASTER CARD, VISA, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal.

Shipping Charges: Domestic Ground Shipping (Continental USA only) charges will be charged based upon your total order. We ship via USPS in the Continental United States. For orders that require multiple shipments, we reserve the right to ship orders in any number of shipments per order we desire.

International Shipping: For orders outside the Continental United States, you must call us at 215-362-2442. 

Disclaimer: We are not responsible for printing errors, for shipment cutbacks from any manufacturers/distributors, or for the acceptance of overbooked orders for a particular item. All items are on a first come first served basis. If an item is ordered and we are 'out of stock' when our inventory says 'in stock' we will let you know as soon as we can. We do our very best to avoid this rare situation but it has happened. 

Damaged Goods: If the ordered item(s) arrive damaged by the shipper refuse the shipment (this will send the package back to Henning's) or save the item, the box & all the packing material and call us so we may contact the shipper. Hold the damaged item along with the shipping box until it is picked up from you. 10 day limit from shipping date.

Canceled Orders: We take a lot of pride in our prompt shipping and most orders are shipped within 24 hours of our receipt of the request. Orders received on Friday or over the weekend will in most cases be shipped the following Monday. If you decide you do not want what you ordered, it is imperative that you call or e-mail us immediately. Once we ship the item you may return it under the conditions stated below, but we will not refund the shipping cost.


Returns: We will accept returns of unused product for refund if notified within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will accept returns for exchange of unused product within 14 days of receipt of the product. You must notify us in advance of your return by phone call 215-362-2442 or email [email protected] . We must receive the product back within 10 days of notification of intent to return. All items MUST be returned in the same condition as sent, this means no tags removed or damage to special packaging such as collectible boxes, with valid receipt.

All refunds will be credited back to the card used to purchase the item or refunded through PayPal if used to purchase the item. We do not refund shipping and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay return shipping.

No returns of light bulbs, books, videos or computer software.

Pennsylvania Residents: add 6% sales tax.
